Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original Timex ReWound presentation box, ensuring all documentation and warranty cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
